We want to lease/rent your land from you for at least 20 years, ideally 30 years. This time span ensures planning security for you, during which you can count on reliable payments, and gives us the time we need for construction and operation.

We have a very good and fair lease agreement, which you can read through at your leisure and for which we will answer all your questions.
If anything is unclear, you can of course also seek legal advice.
However, many owners/lawyers/associations have confirmed that our model lease is fair and balanced.

We check whether the location is suitable for our project and agree on key data with you as part of a preliminary contract. We apply for grid access and as soon as we receive the green light, we finalize the lease agreement with you.

We make sure that you get the area back in the same condition as before after the contract has expired. In other words, we will dismantle the entire battery storage system at our expense.
